Logistics Park Cedar Rapids
Located within 300 miles of major Midwestern metropolitan areas—Kansas City, Chicago, Minneapolis, Omaha, and St. Louis—this public warehouse site in Iowa provides indoor and secure outdoor storage, as well as rail-to-truck transloading services. Built in 2021, the facility features four railcar bays, 39 sealed loading dock bays, 259,000 square feet of ambient warehouse space, and a certified truck scale.

Logistics Park Dubuque boasts 250,000 square feet of inside storage and specializes in unloading, storing, and loading dry bulk commodities to and from barge, rail, and truck.
