Lisha Coffey, President
Lisha joined Travero in 2014, first serving as Chief Operating Officer at CRANDIC Rail and later expanding her leadership to oversee Travero as a whole. In 2021, she was promoted to President.
With expertise in logistics operations, a strong understanding of customer needs, and a clear strategic vision, Lisha has successfully led Travero’s expansion—broadening its services and capabilities to deliver greater value to customers.
Prior to joining Travero, Lisha was Regional Director of Operations at Alliant Energy, Travero’s parent company.
Jeff Woods, Director – Business Development
A 35-year employee, Jeff has served in his current role since 1994, with assignments managing Logistics Park Dubuque and Williams Bulk Transfer during their start-up phases.
His responsibilities include business development for Travero and REGEN Fiber, sales and customer contracting.
Jeff has an MBA from the University of Iowa.
Dee Brown, Director of Operations
Dee joined Travero in 2021 as the Director of Operations. In her role, Dee leads the operations teams at CRANDIC Rail, Logistics Park Dubuque, Travero Logistics, Logistics Park Cedar Rapids and REGEN Fiber.
Before joining Travero, Dee worked at Alliant Energy since 1998, where she oversaw many departments, including Fleet, Gas and Electric Engineering, and Distribution Systems Operations.
